One of the greatest throw away plates for the environment now on the market are made of palm leaves. They are entirely biodegradable and created from discarded leaves. Due to its strength, heat resistance, and lack of moisture absorption, palm leaf plates are an excellent replacement for plastic or paper plates.
Each plate is unique because of the natural texture, colour and pattern of the leaf it is made from.
Bioplates are significantly more durable than plastic or paper plates. It’s perfectly safe to heat plates in the microwave for up to 2 minutes or in an oven up to 180 degrees for 45 mins (making sure they are at least 6′ from the heat source).You can also store these plates in the refrigerator or freezer
