Soapberries are the fruit of the Sapindus Mukorossi tree. This fruit is a close relation to the Lychee, and once they ripen on the tree are picked and dried in the sun. The seed is then removed, and that is the extent of their processing before they are bagged and ready for use. The dried shell is full of a substance called Saponin, which becomes natures soap when added to water. It acts as a highly effective anti-bacterial and anti-fungal soap. 100% natural and certified organic replacement for chemical laundry detergents.

 Put 5 berries in the cotton wash bag provided and double tie the top. If you like fragrance, add 4-5 drops of 100% Essential Oil and pop it in the wash. these 5 berries should last up to 5 loads of washing Hypoallergenic. Use warmer water for soiled loads (40-60 degrees)
